Wisconsin over the 4th of July holiday will always be special to us as that's the date and location of our wedding anniversary. While there this year we drove past our wedding venue -
West Bend Country Club - and had that "awww" moment. Last year we had a fish fry at the site of our rehearsal dinner -
Timmers on Big Cedar Lake. This year we had dinner on the other side of the lake and my dad pointed out the spot where his parents had their wedding reception which no longer is. Dad told tales of where his uncles used to party. It's always fun to be back over the 4th. Not to mention, the weather is incredible.
This year we had a very special reason to be in WI for the 4th. My sister's daughter Hannah Marie was being baptized and we got to meet her since her arrival on May 25. She's an angel and we're her Godparents - so no biases. :)
