Beautifying Part Two

Hair. I need a place to get my hair cut in OT.

I've been to PR at Partners in King twice. Meh. In a pinch last week I went to London Bob on S. Washington while walking home. They were super friendly and accommodating and it was busy and I didn't have an appointment. The girl that cut my hair was sweet and shared good insider tips with me on pregnancy hair and how to manage it. I appreciated that. I wanted a cut with a few more layers, a bit edgy, something different. The cut is good, but the same old. It cost $65 - too much for just a nice cut. A few days later I received a thank you note in the mail from the owner. This place does not cut corners. The jury is out if I will go back.

My favorite place in DC has always been Ozuki in Georgetown. These Japanese ladies have no fear and will do "edgy" no problem. I don't know if I will be able to find something like that in OT.

As for Andrew, he has gone to Kim's Barber on S. Washington. They close at 6PM on weeknights so he has to make an effort to go on the weekends. He's also been to Old Town Barber on N. Lee  because they stay open until 7 and it was urgent. We both haven't had the best of luck on this front. Suggestions welcome!
